All foodies have their favorite crush. Most tend towards the cuddly Jamie Oliver, (understandably), or the pricklyAnthony Bourdain, (which is less understandable to me).
But what makes me so wet that I need a raincoat? (Please see laugh of the week for the context of that phrase). A young, googly eyed Providence born man who can mix pickled calf's tongue, fried mayonnaise, and onion streusel. The nine course tasting meal at his restaurant WD-50 is a treat I am saving up for.
