The office girls and I were huddled around the homemade vegan cheesecake at a recent office birthday party half full of curioustity, half with trepidation. To all our surprise, especially Grace, who made the healthy confection, there was no need to be weary. It had a nice texture and a sugary taste that could fool even the most skeptical milk and cheese lover.
