Cooper Hewitt is one of my very most favorite places in New York City. I love imagining it when it was a functioning single house of the Carnegie family. I love perusing their library surrounded by art books and silence, and I love their often amazing design exhibits.
Now I also love spending time to enjoy a latte in their green, sweet smelling back yard. You'll be surrounded by tulips and birds, and experience the kind of calm that's rare to find in the city.
But what do you think?
