Drinks »Agua Verde

agua verde at tailorDownstairs from the experimental gastronomy taking place in the main dining area (which I told you all about some time ago) Tailor holds a dimly lit haven for equally experimental cocktails. Truly a special occasion spot, the drinks here are quite expensive, but also quite unique. I was particularly taken with the agua verde – a tomatillo based mixture that refreshes those that like their drinks on the savory side.

Created by Troy Arcand, the beverage is complex but, if you trust your mixology talents, can be reproduced at home. Just make sure to have some Maggi Seasoning on hand.
