I recently walked by my neighbors brilliant display of Summer time side walk art. Living up on a mountain, sans sidewalks I missed the adventure of making art on the streets, but the local kids are regular Picassos (at least one thing I can put on the positives of possibly raising a kid in Brooklyn).
While the line between graffiti and the age old kids past time gets blurrier, both adults and kids are facing possible fines when neighbors get over zealous despite the fact that the pastel colors wash away with the rain.
So even if you're not into making a masterpiece yourself, stop to look at the creations from your neighbors kids don't call the police on them, please.
But what do you think?
