We cooked up this Red Bean Chili the night before because chili's always best the next day. Still, with a third of a cup of chili powder (I know, it sounds like a lot, but it's essential) this could be just as flavorful right after cooking which makes this a good alternative to lots of recipes with long cook times.
Throw in some ground turkey instead of beef and you have a slightly healthier option too.
