I can't believe Miss Moneypenny, aka Lois Maxwell has passed away. She of the iron will, the only woman able to resist spreading her legs for Bond, she of the smart skirts and perfect coif, she who I have known since a child as I watched her admirably handle Sean Connery in Dr. No. Sure Lois Maxwell hasn't played her most famous role since 1985's A View to a Kill but, like any actor who has become synonymous with a role, the fact that her reign ended (only to be handed off to pale comparisons) doesn't matter. Plus, her fab style is not due entirely to handlers and costume designers either as she brought her own clothes to shoot in when she began the role. She will be missed.
But what do you think?
