There are tons of great sources for recipes online, but most have the same problem: it takes a while to sift through and get healthier food options and often they don't list nutrition information at all.
Eating Well is a godsend in those respects. All the recipes are relatively healthy and so far the results have been very pleasing.
There is also a magazine and (online) there are lots of healthful tips and articles like: Six Remedies for Sleep Problems (drinking warm milk before bed might help) or What is the healthiest oil to cook with? (virgin olive oil or the less expensive regular olive and canola).
