coq au vinProbably the most complex and certainly the most time consuming recipe I've tried in a long time, but worth the wait.

I used chicken breasts rather than thighs (I prefer white meat) and the meat was nice and tender with an non-too overpowering flavor. I served with Baked English Potatoes.
