Desserts »Cookies and Cream Fudge

cookies and cream fudgeNever in my life have I used such massive amounts of such unhealthy ingredients. This is a classic back-of-the box recipe made with Carnation Evaporated Milk.

Carnations, aside from universally being known as the flower that can get you dumped by a girlfriend, are also my birth flower. As far as the Nestle product which uses it in its name goes, I had no idea what exactly evaporated milk was. So I consulted their website which told me this:

“Evaporated milk is fresh milk which is carefully heated to remove half the water. As a result of the evaporation of water, the milk becomes richer and creamier with an increased amount of protein and calcium.”

The other ingredients, like mounds of marshmallow Fluff, butter, sugar, white chocolate, and Oreos add up to what I 'm sure you can imagine is a scandalously rich treat.

Make sure to have loads of friends to share it with.
