Clamto has been around since 1969 when it “created an entire new category in blended juices called Seafood Blends.” Hmm… Well it may have been around a long time, but it's a newcomer to my fridge, and I keep restocking it as soon as one is empty. Less thick and more refreshing than V8, despite it's possibly turn-offy name, Clamato juice is also apparently perfect for celebrating. It also lends itself to some enticing cocktails that I'm determined to try once I kick my cold. I'll even go for it and try Pablo's Boilermaker, a questionable combination of bourbon, ginger ale, and Clamato juice. If it turns out to be good, you'll read about it here. I'll also try the classic drink Clamato is mainly used for The Bloody Caesar, which is “Canada's #1 selling cocktail to this day”.
But what do you think?
