I frequent the one at Houston and Broadway. The staff isn't really around, so it's not like there are any high pressure salesman who really, really need that commission breathing down your neck (I'm talking to you, desperate PC Richards salesguys). Which is great; you can browse the aisles downstairs considering some of life's big questions without distraction.
Do I need a 7.1 receiver? Will there be enough HDMI inputs on the TV I want? Should I get some of those really tall speakers for behind the couch? If I did, would they really improve my life?
