Amelia, the blogger behind Bon Appetempt is kind of my kitchen opposite. While I love the idea of making time consuming, multi step meals and snacks, I never, ever have the patience for it myself. Bon Appetempt, however is all about the harder to make delicacies from kim chee to donuts, from galette to osso buco. As she explains herself:

The photos of her often successful attempts are beautiful and even inspire me to try a few once I can get some time in the kitchen. Or, better yet, I should pass this link along to our own kitchen maestro, Mike and see if he’ll take on some of the tougher recipes while we enjoy the results.
