I have been meaning to grab a rooftop drink at The Delancey for ages, so when I heard our office party would be held there, I was thrilled. The enclosed, heated roof deck was a vision of potted plant lushness and a welcome oasis against the increasingly frigid temperatures.

The entire staff, from the door lady to the bartenders were accommodating and nice and not in the least bit stingy with the booze. They mixed the kind of drinks that make you shake your head, purse your lips and exclaim “goodness!” In other words, perfect for enabling the kind of tipsy chatting required for an awesome office party.
