After confronting a line of about thirty people waiting for a brunch seat at Clinton Street Bakery Co, we wondered to this tiny Australian Soho cafe because I had read a good recommendation. What a pleasant surprise. They have really good coffee, a pleasant staff, and let me just tell you about the Whaley burger. Fresh ground beef, pineapple, beets, ketchup and a fried egg. I find myself craving it often and will most likely make Ruby's a regular stop for me to taste it again and again. And if you care about your heart and cholesterol, there are plenty of healthier menu options.
