New York Magazine recently had a list of the city's best ice cream sandwiches. I am here to add one more: Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches.

They aren't fancy, you get them at the grocery store, and they're low calorie. This cheap, healthy ice cream sandwich is on the top of my list because they just taste great.

The cookie is mushy and sticks to your fingers and the ice cream is solid so it isn't too melty. My favorite is the mint, but I am look forward to trying the peanut butter.
