When we were unable to get a table at Bozu, and Jim nearly had a tantrum on the sidewalk, we managed to appease him with a stroll over to the nearby Taco Chulo. Williamsburg's home of over-stuffed tacos. We were not surprised to find the food satisfying, but I was super excited and surprised with their unique cocktail menu.
Even with a bartender in training, who made his drinks very inconsistently, the Clamato Preparado is a new Brittany favorite. This is a traditional afternoon drink, popular in Mexico and Peru that mixes beer, tequila, Clamato juice, lime juice, chilies, and Worchester sauce.
This will be a great new recipe to add to my list of summer drinks, one that will be as easy to make as my beloved Chelada. If you prefer having someone make it for you instead, head down to Taco Chulo.
