The first portion of our dessert was my favorite: plum sorbet wrapped in a plum thin cookie, with red wine vinegar, marjoram, and get this – feta ice cream! It was brilliant and really, really cool. Next we partook in fried butterscotch pudding, mago, taro ice cream and smoked macadamia. Scrumptious. Our next dessert (pictured) was a soft chocolate ribbon with avocado creme, licorice and lime sorbet. A stimulating mixture of flavors. The meal ended with peanut butter and jelly cookies. I guess it's fairly obvious, but WD-50 is spectacular.
